This page houses figures and concept diagrams that I’ve generated for my own work and for others. Most (but not all) quantitative figures were generated in R using ggplot2, and most (but not all) conceptual diagrams were developed in one or another of Apple’s iWork programs.
I’ve divided the visualizations up into three sections:
Visual Data Exploration for figures that display quantitative data in ways that facilitate comparison.
Model Results for figures displaying the outputs from modeling techniques including regression, clustering, factor analysis, and concept network analysis.
Conceptual Diagrams are figures designed to show qualitative relationships between entities and support the understanding of complex processes.
Click on any figure to view full size. Each section can be viewed as a slideshow.
